Marilyn, executive chef
Marilyn Schlossbach is a well known and renowned chef and restaurateur at the Jersey Shore. At the Dauphin Grille she brings her love and creativity to a Farm to Table philosophy. Using local ingredients, sustainable meats and seafood and organic cheeses, produce and staples, Marilyn has created a seasonal bistro menu that is creative yet accessible.
Peter, chef du cuisine
Peter O'Connell, formally chef and owner of Pasta Fresca in the Grove in Shrewbury, has teamed up with Marilyn to create a menu that is "au currant" and yet based in tradition. Peter draws on his knowledge of Italian, French and Mediterranean
cuisines to bring together exciting and flavorful fare.
Richard, manager
Marilyn's brother Richard has joined her again in the creation of another exciting and different restaurant and bar. With his knowledge of casual and fine dining from his years in Manhattan at his own restaurants Marion's and M&R Bar-Dining Room and others like Union Square Cafe, Chanterelle, Rakel to name a few he has joined Marilyn and Peter to bring about a non traditional fine dining experience.
